FAQs

  • Where is this service available?
    • Harper Concierge currently serves Greater London (all 32 boroughs).

  • How do I place my order with Harper?
    • Add as many items as you wish to buy to your bag. Once you’re happy with your selection, click ‘Try at Home’ at your bag. You’ll be asked to enter your postcode, and if it’s within Greater London, you’ll be taken to our checkout page. Here you’ll select a 1 hour appointment window. No need to pay, you pay for what you want to keep after your appointment.

  • How long will I have to try my pieces?
    • You’ll have 40 minutes to find your perfect Mary Katrantzou pieces.

  • How much does the service cost?
    • The service is free of charge.

  • How do I pay?
    • We’re currently operating a contact-free service. Once you’ve found your perfect pieces, let your Style Concierge know and they will send you a payment link via SMS so you can pay for the pieces you love in the comfort of your own home (Amex accepted). Harper will return anything you don’t wish to keep to Mary Katrantzou.

  • Is there any obligation to buy?
    • No. Harper helps you find and keep only the pieces you love, while making it easier to return the pieces you don’t — saving you time and effort. There are no hidden or additional charges, nor an obligation to buy.

  • How many items can I try on?
    • We encourage you to try as many pieces as you’d like and take two sizes if you are unsure of fit.

  • Who brings my Mary Katrantzou pieces?
    • One of Harper’s Style Concierge will arrive within your selected hour along with the pieces you’ve chosen to try on.

  • How long do I have to try on?
    • Whether you’re trying solo or opt for complimentary assistance, you’ll have 40 minutes to find your perfect Mary Katrantzou pieces.

  • What is Harper’s complimentary assistance?
    • If you feel you might need a second opinion or assistance, your Style Concierge will be available via a phone call or Facetime during your appointment. We usually offer in home assistance, which for the time being has been paused due to Coronavirus.

  • Who do I speak to if I have questions about my appointment?
